Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!  Eureka Springs Mardi Gras 2026 is on, with a variety of can’t-miss events from now ’til Valentine’s Day, February 14th!

Eureka Springs knows how to throw a party and no other season may demonstrate that as well as Mardi Gras. The celebrations include entertaining parades, elegant balls, fun parties, and much more. Why, the town even has its own Royal Court and krewe: The Krewe of Krazo! (“Krazo” is “Ozark” backwards – get it?)

Best of all, the celebrations are less than a half hour’s drive from the lakeside cabins and suites of Sugar Ridge Resort!  Go ahead and enjoy the fun and excitement of Eureka Gras, knowing your Beaver Lake cabin or suite is just an easy and scenic drive away!

Eureka Gras – Weeks of Fun!

Eureka Springs Mardi Gras celebrations kick off with King’s Day in January, with music, dancing, and, of course, the classic King Cake. This is followed by the ever-popular Taste of Mardi Gras. This event sees Krewe chefs serving classic Louisiana flavors, paired with local twists, showcasing the region’s culinary creativity.

Next up is the Krewe of Krazo Coronation Ball. Here, guests don their finest attire and masks to see this year’s Mardi Gras royalty is crowned. A fun and fantastic evening of food, drink, and dancing.

Then comes the Night Parade, one of the festival’s biggest events with glowing floats, costumes, performers, and marching bands. Spectators line the streets to catch bead and trinket throws. Afterwards, head to Chelsea’s for the Black Light Ball. This popular event features a bar, pizza bites, a DJ, body artists with body paint, and dancers lit by glow lights. A magical evening experience!

The Krewe of Barkus Day Parade is next. Dog lovers will not want to miss this popular parade of costumed pets and their owners. Cute fun!

The theme for this year’s Masquerade Ball is “Masquerade of the Heart;” red velvet, lace, and Valentine’s Day romance. Everyone is invited to attend in their most creative costumes. The dance floor will be hopping with the high-energy dance music of  Ultra Suede.

It all wraps up with the family-friendly Day Parade on February 14th. This is the largest parade of the festival with bands, floats, community groups, and more.
